While we have always known that Lakeside Manor provides some of the most luxurious and affordable family accommodation Robe has to offer, it was great to see it shown off on TV. November 2009

Lakeside Manor YHA on November 7 took out the Best Backpackers category in the South Australian Tourism Awards. This makes it three in a row and earning us a place in the prestigious Hall of Fame. Owner Oscar Rosero and Managers Scott and Deb are extremely proud of such an achievement after a relatively short time in operation. This makes us a prime Robe accommodation destination.

In the early part of November 2008 Lakeside Manor YHA again took out the award for Best Backpackers in all of South Australia. This makes it back to back best backpackers in South Australia, and Robe accommodation at its finest.

Robe Holiday Winners

In the first weekend of November, managers Garth and Saskia and owner Oscar Rosero went to Adelaide for the annual South Australian Tourism Awards. On Saturday, during a gala dinner, Lakeside Manor YHA was announced as the winner in its category - Backpackers. So, from now on we can call ourselves the best backpackers in all of South Australia and a boost for all Robe accommodation.

On June 28, 2008, Lakeside Manor, Robe accommodation specialists, won the Limestone Coast Tourism Award 2008 for Best Standard Accommodation. Having only been in operation for less than three years, this is a fantastic achievement.
